Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

 

The Director of FP&A will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for driving the annual budgeting process, be responsible for developing and maintaining financial budgets and forecasting models, developing and tracking the KPIs of the business and strategy support.  This position has high exposure to executive management, including Board of Directors, and will include strategic financial planning and analysis, preparing board presentations, CFO presentations, and new business development.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with members of the Beep Leadership Team to provide key decision support across all functional areas (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

  • Lead and drive annual financial planning and long-term financial strategic planning process

  • Prepare monthly CFO reviews and support preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings

  • Design, present, and monitor dashboards and benchmarks to support and drive strategic & operational decision-making

  • Lead monthly forecasting, performance monitoring, and financial improvement plans across the organization

  • Drive the strategy and execution of multi-year financial model around bookings, revenue, and expense that enable effective P&L and Cash Flow management and predictability

  • Support strategic planning and initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 7-10 years of experience within a Finance & Accounting role

  • Ability to think creatively, high-driven and self-motivated

  • Strong experience in developing budgets, tracking to actual in high growth business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
