Director of Advertising


The Advertising Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for creating and driving a new advertising business by leveraging the autonomous shuttle real estate to sell and manage both static and digital advertising partnerships. Given the company’s investment plan for building IP to create new revenue channels such as geo-fenced, personalized advertising and promotions with riders, this role will be a critical influence point in Beep’s strategic plan and growth objectives.  This leadership position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining advertising budgets, delivering on and tracking the advertising business plan as well as other responsibilities resulting from the role on our senior leadership team. This position will be active with the Board of Directors, and will be a key participant in strategic planning and analysis, preparing board presentations, and supporting new business development.




  • Partner with members of the Beep Leadership Team to provide key support across all functional areas (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

  • Build the business plan to properly price and sell advertising on our shuttles to maximize revenue.  

  • Drive innovation in new technologies and approaches for maximizing revenue opportunities. 

  • Prepare monthly advertising reviews and support preparation of materials for Board of Director’s meetings

  • Lead strategic planning with clients and develop specific advertising campaigns

  • Present creative proposals to clients, making sure all components are in line with the brand

  • Acquire new accounts and negotiate contracts

  • Design, present, and monitor dashboards and benchmarks to support strategic & operational decision-making

  • Drive the company advertising strategy and execution of multi-year business model

  • Develop our advertising strategy and plan for the shuttles in each community



  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • 6+ years of hands on Advertising experience

  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

  • Strong experience in developing advertising budgets, tracking to actual in high growth business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences

  • Ability to drive deals to closure with clients
