The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for creating and driving marketing content across all internal and external platforms.  This position will also be responsible for supporting lead generation activities by managing industry events and shows for positioning the Beep brand and our capabilities within key target markets.  Our marketing manager will serve as an important advisor to the CMO and CEO for continually improving our brand, content and go-to-market strategies.   


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Markets services by developing and implementing marketing campaigns including newsletters, media communications and social campaigns

  • Designs, produces and maintains corporate collateral material (internal and external) ensuring all graphic design work meets corporate guidelines. Collateral may include data sheets, posters, presentation materials, multimedia, exhibit material, print ads, banner ads and packaging

  • Maintains company website and responds to inbound any inbound requests and leads

  • Manages social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists, and preparing ROI reports after the event

  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

  • Maintains marketing contact database

  • Coordinates with partner marketing organizations to plan and execute joint go-to-market activities

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications

  • Explores opportunities to add value to other areas of a growing company​


Essential Qualifications:

  • Direct and Partner/Channel marketing

  • Knowledge of web site structure and functionality

  • Experience working with HTML, CSS

  • Fluency in current graphic design practices and software such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with working within cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce results quickly and efficiently

  • Experience in creating and implementing strategic and operational plans including budgets

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience, preferably in the technology industry
