Beep Rules of the Road

Our mission is to provide a safe, pleasurable and fun experience for all our passengers. Following are Beep’s “Rules of the Road.” Please take a moment to review them. Your feedback and comments are always welcome.

  • Arrive at the stop 20 minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to arrive. You can check the routes and times here on the Beep website or on the Move Nona site.

  • Wait in a safe place, clear of traffic and at least 6 feet away from where the shuttle stops

  • Allow the passengers on the shuttle to disembark before boarding

  • Take a seat and fasten your seat belt. The shuttle will not move until all passengers are buckled in

  • Remain seated and keep the doorway clear throughout the trip

  • Children must always ride with a parent and stay seated throughout the trip. The minimum age to ride the shuttle without parental supervision is 16 years old

  • Do not extend arms or objects in or out of the shuttle while doors are in operation

  • Only carry objects that can be held in your lap

  • Always follow directions of the shuttle attendant and feel free to interact with them on your ride. They are knowledgeable about Lake Nona, its amenities and all the activities happening at the local businesses

  • Refrain from the use of profane language and obscene gestures

  • No tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substance allowed on the shuttle

  • No eating and drinking while on the shuttle but food and drinks are allowed to be transported on the shuttle. When transporting food please use lids for any liquids and keep food in a closed bag during your ride. Also, whatever comes on the shuttle, should leave with you, so please be sure to clean up after yourself.

  • No hazardous materials, nuisance items and animals (aside from service or companion animal) allowed on the shuttle

  • Always respect the rights and safety of others

  • Report any incidents to the attendant on board

  • In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions given to you by the attendant. They have been trained to handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of our passengers

  • Check to make sure that you take all your belongings and any trash items with you when you exit the shuttle
